The Client

Originating in Beirut and since expanding to include stores in London, Bahrain, Cairo and Riyadh, The Lebanese Bakery is a neighbourhood bakery with a vision to revive Lebanese pride, developing the Manousheh, the cherished national pie of Lebanon, as a regular and everyday staple.

With roots firmly entrenched in creating authentic farm-to-table experiences with natural products, The Lebanese Bakery offers a delicious variety of flat breads and bite-sized bakes. These are created in-house using fresh and tasty ingredients, supplied by selected Lebanese farmers.

The Lebanese Bakery sits adjacent to another valued Sound Division client: plant-based restaurant ‘by CHLOE’.

Project Brief

The client wanted a simple-to-operate, no frills background music (BGM) system to provide good quality background music reproduction for a busy bakery store.

System Solution

We installed four Martin Audio CDD5T compact loudspeakers connected to a single zone Cloud MA60T compact, shelf-size mixer amplifier, which allows a connection of up to four selectable separate audio sources.

The Martin Audio CDD5 is our ‘Go to’ speaker product for this type of application thanks to its compact size and excellent price:performance ratio. Combined with the Cloud mixer amplifier, it’s the perfect solution for small hospitality venues, providing solid, reliable performance in a compact, easy-to-operate format at a very affordable price point.

A single Cloud RL-1 remote volume control panel is fitted rear of the back counter to allow staff to control audio levels with ease.
