With a line-up of 16 sturdy IC6 bikes in place, a punchy, quality sound system was needed to drive the entire studio space.

System Solution

Maintaining a high intensity level

Sound Division specified a VUE Audiotechnik* and Crown powered system comprising, Vue a-class a8 compact speakers, reinforced with a Vue i-Class 12” compact bass enclosure and powered by Crown Xti series amplification.

*VUE Audiotechnik is a quality, German designed and manufactured brand of speakers that Sound Division solely import into the UK for specific, high-end installation projects.

A dynamic, high-intensity sound level, nicely covering the entire studio space, is controlled by an industry-standard Cloud CX261 single-zone, audio mixer.

Instructions clearly heard above the music

To run their classes as effectively as possible, the Override team needed their instructions and calls of encouragement to be clearly heard above the music. Sound Division equipped the studio with a top of the range Sennheiser EWD-Series digital UHF, head-worn radio-mic system comprising:

Custom instructor Audio Control desktop module

A handy desktop module was also installed, enabling instructors to plug in their music playlist devices and control the sound levels by their sides.
